IDEXX Cornerstone Enhancement Requests
Welcome to the IDEXX Cornerstone Enhancement Request Portal!
View, comment and vote on posted ideas or submit a new idea using these easy steps:
  1. Sort ideas by Recent, Trending, or Popular, or view ideas by status (Future consideration, Planned, In Development, etc.) or category.

  2. Find ideas using key words in the search box. Searching existing ideas before creating a new one reduces duplicates.

  3. View or add comments to an existing idea by clicking on the comments icon. You can also see and jump to any related ideas from the page!

  4. Vote for an existing idea by simply clicking on the vote count box. Note: only 1 vote permitted per idea.

  5. To create a new idea, click Add a new enhancement request. Your name, clinic ID and email are required to submit a new idea. Providing your email address will allow you to see the progress of your request.

Reporting general enhancements

General enhancements to improve reporting for users:
* add client email address to report saved file formats that use client and/or patient information
* add standard sort options as report data includes: ex: Client ID/name, Pt ID, name, Staff ID, Date, Item ID/description, item qty, revenue/dollars, Class ID, subclass ID
* add standard range option as report data includess: Client ID/name, Pt ID, name, Staff ID, Date, Item ID/description, Class ID, subclass ID, item status, client status, pt status, staff status, invoice type, revenue center
* improve use of multiple filters with and/or statements (enable parenthesis around grouped filter ranges)
* report export includes all data from report preview, including calculated field data (ex: Daily Summary, Inventory turnover or COGS report)
* all date range fields use f2/double click for a calendar picker, allow for pre-formatted numerical entry without need for user entered slashes to separate DD/MM/YYYY
* With status range option of status, entry for starting and ending should consistently be "Active" or "Inactive". Some reports use 0 or 1 for active and inactive. Exported report exported should also show as such vs 0 and 1
* time display in am/pm (Census report)
