View, comment, and vote on posted ideas or submit a new idea using these easy steps:

  1. Sort ideas by Recent, Trending, or Popular, or view ideas by status (Future consideration, Planned, In Development, etc.) or category.

  2. Find ideas using key words in the search box. Searching existing ideas before creating a new one reduces duplicates.

  3. View or add comments to an existing idea by clicking on the comments icon. You can also see and jump to any related ideas from the page!

  4. Vote for an existing idea by simply clicking on the vote count box. Note: only 1 vote permitted per idea.

  5. To create a new idea, click Add a new enhancement request. Your name, clinic ID and email are required to submit a new idea. Providing your email address will allow you to see the progress of your request.

Prescriptions - Create a prescription queue

Would like an easy way in Cornerstone to track prescription refills requested by clients, for a doctor to start an Rx label, fill out the quantity, and instructions information, but then just save it for the technicians that will actually fill it. After the doctor saves a prescription it could get added to a tab in the Daily Planner so the techs know what prescriptions need to be filled and printed where they enter their staff ID in the Filled by box and verify exp/lot when tracking so printed labels are correct

    Thought something similar. Prescription refill vs request. Be able to request a prescription refill and have it be pending in the prescription tab. This request shows in a Daily Planner tab for the Dr needed to approve. Once approved there is a staff acct or accts that are authorized to fill and will therefore be put in to a tab in their daily planner. The prescription would be listed as ready to fill in the prescription tab. The prescription is then processed and filled by the qualified staff.

    A prescription refill can be done by any staff as long as refills remain on the designated RX.

    A third option for prescribe, available only to authorized prescribing Drs and sent straight to the daily planner for the authorized staff to fill.

Simpler way to update prescription Filled by field

When DVMs are entering prescriptions they do not always know who is filled the prescription. If you go to change the filled by field it clears some of the fields. It would be great if you could change just the filled by.
