Welcome to the IDEXX Cornerstone Enhancement Request Portal!
View, comment and vote on posted ideas or submit a new idea using these easy steps:

  1. Sort ideas by Recent, Trending, or Popular, or view ideas by status (Future consideration, Planned, In Development, etc.) or category.

  2. Find ideas using key words in the search box. Searching existing ideas before creating a new one reduces duplicates.

  4. Vote for an existing idea by simply clicking on the vote count box. Note: only 1 vote permitted per idea.

Rabies Certificate - Add electronic Dr Signature to Default Rabies Certificate

Practices would like the Doctor Signature to print on the Default Rabies Certificate. At this time we can make a custom certificate to include the doctor signature but it is not included on the default.

since release of 9.3, users also request option to have physical signature line display or not display by default setting

    How does one get a custom certificate? We are a one dr practice and frequently do Rabies as the dr is leaving for a farm call and we would really benefit from having an electronic signature on our RV certs...

    It would be a non-issue if the stock rabies certificate was a standard Medical Note document.
