IDEXX Cornerstone Enhancement Requests
Welcome to the IDEXX Cornerstone Enhancement Request Portal!
View, comment and vote on posted ideas or submit a new idea using these easy steps:

  1. Sort ideas by Recent, Trending, or Popular, or view ideas by status (Future consideration, Planned, In Development, etc.) or category.

  2. Find ideas using key words in the search box. Searching existing ideas before creating a new one reduces duplicates.

  3. View or add comments to an existing idea by clicking on the comments icon. You can also see and jump to any related ideas from the page!

  4. Vote for an existing idea by simply clicking on the vote count box. Note: only 1 vote permitted per idea.

  5. To create a new idea, click Add a new enhancement request. Your name, clinic ID and email are required to submit a new idea. Providing your email address will allow you to see the progress of your request.

VetConnect PLUS and Cornerstone integration enhancements

When using VC PLUS within Cornerstone, changes in Cornerstone should flow to VetConnect PLUS without need to manually update or require contacting support:


  • in cases where a patient ID is changed in CS, prior results under original ID also update with VCP

  • reassigning a result in CS

  • Store and display 'drawn by' information in both CS and VCP

  • display requested and test result dates consistently (VC+, the lab report, and lab details tab of the results can potentially show different dates/time stamps based on test. EX, for a culture, VC+ shows when it is plated, the lab report shows when it was plated as well as last update, and the lab details shows when it was requested.

    On behalf of Hawk Ridge AH: enhance flow of info so when a patient's name is edited in CS it does not require then going into VC+ separately to edit/merge patient so that historical results remain visible within CS VC+ tab
